Terms and Conditions
By booking the Le Loft Stay apartment you accept the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at the time of booking

Bond
On Check-in a Bond of $500 is required to for a short stay.  Longer stays of 28 days + will be subject to a higher bond rate 

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.  Cancellations outside of these windows will be subject to a non-refundable period of up to the first 30 days of the planned stay.


Covid Cancellation Policy
In the event of a government lockdown or travel restrictions, a full refund will be offered.

If you are unwell and wish to postpone your trip, please contact us and we will move your stay to another time.

Please note, bookings made via Airbnb will be subject to the terms and conditions set out by Airbnb.

Le Loft Stay has a 30 day minimum stay as standard.

The Le Loft Stay apartment is an adult only space not suitable for families or guests with children.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities at the building.  Safe use guidelines are clearly visible within the facilities and guests will be given a guided tour of the facilities upon Check-in. Loft Stay accepts no liability for injury or damage caused when using these facilities.

Much time and care has gone into creating this apartment for you to enjoy, please be respectful.

Please respect the other tenants within the building.  No functions or parties may be conducted at the property.  Please keep noise to a minimum.

Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior written agreement with Le Loft Stay will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund.  Charges for additional guests will be debited to your credit card without further notice.  If the amount owing is above the amount held you hereby accept this liability.

If complaints are received and you are found to be have been disrespectful of neighbours you will be required to vacate the premises with no further notice or refund.

Cleaning
All bookings are accepted on the basis that all guests treat the property with the same respect they would their own home in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state.  Ample cleaning products are available on site for your use during your stay.

A professional clean will be carried out on Check-out and the cost is additional to your total booking amount.

Mid stay cleans and linen changes are available upon request and do incur additional fees.

If the apartment is found to be left in an unreasonable state at Check-out, there will be an extra cleaning charge.  This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Check-In/ Check-Out
Check-in is from 3pm

Check-Out is from 10am

Late Check-Outs may be available upon advance request and may incur an additional fee.

Early Check-ins may be available upon advance request.

Car Parking

A car park within the building is available to hire for up to the duration of your stay.  This is offered at an additional cost to the apartment stay.  Please contact us via email for further information.

Pets
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at the Le Loft Stay apartment.

Damage
Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the property owner.  Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure.  A full inventory of goods at the property is provided within the apartment manual and available via email upon request.  Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed within the apartment.  If there is evidence of such, including smoke odour, you will be charged a penalty fee of $5000.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Bookings
Le Loft Stay reserves the right to revoke or refuse to honour any booking which may in the opinion of Le Loft Stay be unsuitable for the apartment/ building.

Booking Confirmation
Once a guest’s booking has been confirmed, the guest shall be responsible for payment of the total price for the rental period and all extras (if any) as shown on the confirmation notice on or before the date or dates referred to in such notice.

Disclaimer
I/ We hereby acknowledge and agree that Le Loft Stay will not be held responsible nor liable for:

- Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused whilst I/we are in occupancy of the accommodation due to my/our failure to comply with the terms and conditions or house rules;

- Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused due to negligence on my/our/their part.

Indemnity
You, the guest, indemnify Le Loft Stay against any liability which may attach to Le Loft Stay as a result of damage, injury or loss being personal or proprietary suffered by any person where damage, injury or loss has been contributed to or caused by any act or occasion of the tenant or his/her visitor.

Le Loft Stay reserve the right to update these terms and conditions when required at their discretion.
